Our team of designers and bakers have over 25 years of combined experience in pastry arts and design. Each of our cakes and individual pastries are designed and decorated by hand with attention to even the smallest of details, producing some of the most beautiful, edible creations on the Lakeshore. We use the finest ingredients and buy local as much as possible.
